Eligibility Criteria for Government of Bihar Recruitment :

• Educational Qualification : 
• For Manager : MBA/ PGDM with 5 years experience at managerial level.
• For Assistant Manager : MBA/ PGDM with 3 years experience at managerial/ Supervisor level.
• Nationality : Indian
• Age Limit : As per Bihar Govt. Rules.
